Indian Premier League 2015: The BCCI has decided to sell a limited number of 3000 tickets only for the IPL 2015 Season 8 opening ceremony which is going to be held at Salt Lake stadium on 7th April, 2015. IPL opening ceremony live will be telecast on Set Max as its official broadcaster and also online on official website.

CricBuzz: Bollywood celebrities like Farhan Akhtar, Anushka Sharma, Shahid Kapoor, Hrithik Roshan and Pritam are all will be present to light up the stage at the 2015 Indian Premier League (IPL) Opening Ceremony in Salt Lake Stadium venue on Tuesday.

Each of the eight clubs captains will be available to take the Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) Spirit of Cricket vow. Gautam Gambhir, captain of the ex-champions of IPL 7 Kolkata Knight Riders, will return the trophy in play, flagging the beginning of the 2015 season.

The two-hour glittering show will begin at 7:30 p.m. furthermore, the doors of the venue will open at 5:00 p.m. Tickets for the opening IPL ceremony, are going to start at Rs.200, which can be bought online at iplt20.com or outside the stadium from door No.1 & 4 of the Salt Lake Stadium.
